Select a product which best suits your needs and lifestyle. For customizable bags, start by choosing a BasePak then add FacePak or other StylePak accessories to complete the look to build your own bag! Simply add items that you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to check-out!

 

We charge at the time of purchase in order to secure your product as soon as it becomes available. We will ship your order once all items ordered are in stock.

We accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express.

 

We hope to offer the 22seven product experience to as many people as possible globally. We have shipping rates for all the major countries listed in our shipping destinations and if you do not find your city/country listed, please email us at and we will be happy to help.

Standard shipments are processed within 1-3 working days. We typically ship via courier with FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Depending on where you are, shipping via courier typically takes 3-7 days (note: in view of disruptions during the pandemic, delays may be expected and shipping may take 3-5 days longer than usual.)

Allow time for tracking to be updated and we will email you with tracking details. Thereafter, you can also find your tracking information by logging into your 22seven account from our homepage. For additional shipping inquiries you may contact the courier as we receive the same tracking information. We regret we do not have additional details other than those provided by the courier.

Some items may be subject to customs clearance and may be held until duties and taxes are paid. As the importer/consumer, it is your responsibility to pay duties and taxes. We are not able to refund any order as a result of customs fees or additional charges that are not paid to get your package delivered.

If your order is pending shipment, please contact us here with your order number, full name, email and new address. We regret we cannot make any changes to address or cancel the order once an order has processed and shipped.

If your delivery status shows it has been delivered but you have not received the package, check the shipping address on your order confirmation email. Check your mailbox as different couriers may deliver differently if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox. If you still have not received the package 3 days after it shows delivered, please contact the courier directly. If you had entered the wrong address during checkout and your package is shipped or has been delivered to the wrong address then we cannot be liable.
